Abstract:
A lower vehicle body middle structure and a vehicle. The lower vehicle body middle structure comprises side sills (100) respectively arranged on two sides, a lap beam (20) connected between the side sills (100) on two sides, and a battery pack lower housing (30) connected to bottoms of the side sills (100) and of the lap beam (20); and the lower vehicle body middle structure further comprises cross beams (40) and floor panels (31), which are connected between the side sills (100) on two sides. The side sills (100), the lap beam (20), the cross beams (40), the floor panels (31) and the battery pack lower housing (30) jointly form a battery pack outer housing; and upper portions of the side sills (100) each are sequentially provided with a plurality of top walls inwards from outer sides of the side sills (100), all the top walls being tilted upwards and upward tilting angles being increased in sequence. At least one of the cross beams (40) is an integrated beam body, comprising an upper beam body (45) and a lower beam body (46) which are integrally connected by means of an intermediate connecting plate (450), wherein the upper beam body (45) and the lower beam body (46) are arranged in a staggered manner in the front-back direction of the vehicle body; the top portion of the upper beam body (45) is used for mounting a seat; and the bottom portion of the lower beam body (46) is used for connecting the battery pack lower housing (30).
