The aforementioned crown is equipped with first position fixing means which can be used to connect the crown to the support frame and second position fixing means which, together with an end stop element which is solidly connected to the housing and loaded by an elastic member, limit the rotation of the structure around the crown in one direction of rotation. According to the invention, the end stop element and the elastic member form a single piece having elastic properties.
