Abstract:
This lubricant enclosing device is provided with a mounting base (2) having a base portion (6) on which a self-aligning roller bearing is mounted, and an enclosing plate (3) including a plate portion (9), disposed above the mounting base (2). The mounting base (2) includes a passage (8) and an annular supporting portion (7) filling a part on the axially outer side of spherical rollers (36) aligned on a lower side of an annular space (S) formed between an outer race (31) and an inner race (32), and the passage (8) includes a branch passage (8b) which branches radially from an outer side passage (8a) communicating with the outside, and which opens in an upper surface of the annular supporting portion (7). The enclosing plate (3) includes a flow passage (11) and an annular nozzle portion (10) filling a part on the axially outer side of spherical rollers (36) aligned on an upper side of the annular space (S), and the flow passage (11) includes a branch flow passage (11b) which branches radially from an outer side flow passage (11a) communicating with the outside, and which opens in a lower surface of the annular nozzle portion (10).
