Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing an in-wheel motor drive device which achieves stable suction of lubricating oil into an oil pump (8) by reducing the phenomenon of inclusion of air into the oil pump (8) by stabilizing an oil level in an oil tank (7) during the behavior such as acceleration, deceleration, or turning of a vehicle. An in-wheel motor lubricating device (1) provided with an oil tank (7) for lubricating oil and an oil pump (8) for circulating the lubricating oil in or near a housing (6), wherein stable suction of the lubricating oil into the oil pump (8) is achieved by reducing the phenomenon of inclusion of air into the oil pump (8) by stabilizing an oil level in the oil tank (7) by disposing a partition plate (12) for restricting the fluctuations of the oil level due to the behavior of a vehicle in the oil tank (7).
