Abstract:
A method for facilitating QoS establishment is provided by the embodiments of the present invention. The method includes: the authentication, authorization and accounting (AAA) server receives service quality QoS request which is from the universal service interface USI system, performs QoS authorization according to the user information and said QoS request, generates the service quality attribute aggregation (QoS Profile) according to said authorization, and transmits said QoS profile to the access network. The embodiments of the present invention also provide a server and a system for facilitating QoS establishment. By extending the interface ability of the AAA server, which is provided by the embodiments of the present invention, the AAA server is enabled to distribute the QoS dynamically, and the AAA server can open the interface which dynamically performs QoS transmission to the USI system, and the dynamic QoS ability of the system which provides opening function to the third party application through USI interface is realized.
