Abstract:
A machine for automatically fabricating straw waste boards, the machine comprising a sensing device (6), a operation main body (8), a power device (11), and a control device (13). A stirring arm (20) is mounted at a lower end of an interior of the operation main body (8). A pressure spraying device (19) is mounted above the stirring arm (20). An adhesive delivery guide pipe (18) is mounted above the pressure spraying device (19). A pressing device (9) is mounted on the right side of the operation main body (8). A pressing unit (22) is mounted at a lower end of an interior of the pressing device (9). A rotating shaft (21) is mounted above the pressing unit (22). A material discharge outlet (10) is provided on the lower right side of the pressing device (9). The power device (11) is mounted on the upper left side of the material discharge outlet (10). A PLC electrical control unit (12) is mounted at a left end of the power device (11). The power device (11) is connected to the control device (13) via the PLC electrical control unit (12). An operation indicator lamp (14) is mounted above the control device (13). A data processing device (15) is mounted on the lower left side of the operation indicator lamp (14). An extendable device (16) is mounted on the left side of the data processing device (15). The machine for automatically fabricating straw waste boards of the present invention has a wide range of applications and is convenient to use.
