Abstract:
A machine for automatically pulverizing straw waste, the machine comprising a sensing device (5), a operation main body (7), a power device (11), and a control device (13). A cutter head (19) is mounted at a lower end of an interior of the operation main body (7). An adjustable cutter frame (18) is mounted on an upper end of the cutter head (19). A moisture removal fan (8) is mounted on the upper right side of the operation main body (7). Fan blades (21) are mounted within the moisture removal fan (8) at a left end thereof. Heating resistors (20) are mounted on the upper right side of the fan blades (21). A data processing device (9) is mounted on the lower right side of the moisture removal fan (8). A material discharge outlet (10) is provided on the lower right side of the data processing device (9). The power device (11) is mounted on the upper left side of the material discharge outlet (10). A PLC electrical control unit (12) is mounted at an upper end of the power device (11). The power device (11) is connected to the control device (13) via the PLC electrical control unit (12). An operation indicator lamp (14) is mounted above the control device (13). A connection rod (15) is mounted on the lower left side of the operation indicator light (14). An alarm device (16) is mounted on the left side of the connection rod (15). The machine for automatically pulverizing straw waste of the present invention has a wide range of applications, and is convenient to use.
