Abstract:
A machining method for a same-position pin hole of an outer cylinder actually matching a machined pin hole of an inner cylinder, which aims to solve the technical problem that existing machining methods are difficult to be suitable for same-position machining of pin holes of outer cylinders according to machined pin holes when the pin holes of inner cylinders are machined and aligned. The machining method comprises: 1, trial assembly and alignment of inner and outer cylinders; 2, fixation of an auxiliary pin bush; 3, mounting an alignment plug pin in a pin hole of the auxiliary pin bush, and metering according to the outer circle of the alignment plug pin using a milling machine, the deviation between the center of an alignment main shaft of the milling machine and the center of the plug pin being within 0.03 mm; 4, machining a pin hole in a boss of the lower half portion of the outer cylinder, and reserving allowance on a single surface of the pin hole; 5, trial assembly of inner and outer cylinders and determination of pin hole deviation; 6, mounting an alignment pin at the lower half portion of the outer cylinder, and enabling the deviation between the center of the alignment main shaft and the center of the alignment pin to be within 0.03 mm; and 7, machining the pin hole to a final size. According to the present invention, the accuracy of the position and direction of the pin hole of the outer cylinder actually matched and machined according to the machined pin hole of the inner cylinder is ensured, and the size of the machined pin hole is not influenced.
