Abstract:
This magnetic element comprises: a first strongly magnetic layer; and a first wiring that faces the first strongly magnetic layer in a first direction. The first wiring has: a wiring part that extends in a second direction different to the first direction; and a widened part that is wider than the wiring part in a third direction which intersects the second direction when viewed from the first direction. The central position, in the third direction, of the wiring part is different to the central position, in the third direction, of the first strongly magnetic layer.
