Abstract:
Provided is a magnetic field measuring device provided with a magnetic sensor array (210) which includes a plurality of magnetic sensor cells (220) and which is capable of detecting input magnetic fields in three axial directions at a plurality of locations in three-dimensional space, a measured data acquiring unit (1720) for acquiring measured data based on the input magnetic fields including a magnetic field being measured, and a measured data computing unit (1721) for calibrating the measured data acquired by the measured data acquiring unit (1720), wherein: the measured data computing unit (1721) includes an index calculating unit (1770) for calculating an index indicating an accuracy of the calibration performed by the measured data computing unit (1721), and a failure determining unit (1790) for determining a failure on the basis of the index calculated by the index calculating unit (1770); and each of the plurality of magnetic sensor cells (220) includes a magnetic sensor (520) and an output unit (540) for outputting an output signal.
