Abstract:
A magnetic levitation device for a vertical-axis wind power generator comprises a main pole (1), a lower flange (2), a generator (3), an upper flange (4), a fan blade rotation shaft (5), a magnetic levitation stator component (6), a magnetic levitation rotor component (7), and first permanent magnets (8) and second permanent magnets (9). The magnetic levitation stator component is fixedly installed at an upper end of the main pole. The magnetic levitation stator component is fixedly connected to the generator through the lower flange. The fan blade rotation shaft is fixedly connected to the magnetic levitation rotor component through the upper flange. The magnetic levitation rotor component is fixedly connected to the generator. The first permanent magnets and the second permanent magnets are fixedly installed on the magnetic levitation stator component and the magnetic levitation rotor component respectively. The first permanent magnets and the second permanent magnets are spaced apart and opposing to each other in an up-and-down relationship, and the polarities of adjacent sides are the same. The magnetic levitation device has a simple structure and low cost, is convenient to install, and can increase the efficiency and operation stability of a generator, extend the service life of the generator and effectively guarantee that a fan does not drop off easily in extreme weather conditions such as strong wind.
