Abstract:
A magnetic levitation refrigeration compressor control system, the system comprising a machine control unit, an upper machine, a unit device, a magnetic levitation refrigeration compressor and a frequency converter. The magnetic levitation refrigeration compressor comprises a magnetic levitation bearing controller, a power supply, a diffuser, a guide vane and a compression unit. The machine control unit receives a control instruction, collects state information of the unit device, adjusts the unit device according to the control instruction and the state information, and sends the control instruction and the state information to the magnetic levitation bearing controller. The magnetic levitation bearing controller adjusts, according to the control instruction and the state information, the frequency of the frequency converter, the angle of the diffuser and the opening degree of the guide vane by the preset adjustment amplitude, so as to adjust the refrigerating capacity of a compression unit, and when the magnetic levitation refrigeration compressor is in the critical range of a surge state, update the target refrigerating capacity to the current refrigerating capacity. In the operation process of the magnetic levitation refrigeration compressor provided by the present application, the surge line of the magnetic levitation compressor can be accurately avoided, and the operation stability is improved.
