Abstract:
A magnetic field application unit (20) moves in a first direction relative to a magnetic working substance (11). Magnetic poles (24) of the magnetic field application unit (20) are disposed on one end side of the magnetic working substance (11) in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. Furthermore, the magnetic poles (24) of the magnetic field application unit (20) are provided at an interval in a third directional orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction of the magnetic working substance (11).
