Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to obtain a magnetic sensor device (101) capable of accurately detecting an object to be detected (1) that uses a hard magnetic material (1a). A magnetic sensor device is provided with a magnet (3), a yoke (4, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h) provided in the magnet (3), and a magneto-resistance effect element (5) onto which the leakage magnetic field emitted from the yoke (4, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f , 4g, 4h) to outside of the yoke (4, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4d, 4e, 4f, 4g, 4h) is applied. The detection area (2a) of the magneto-resistance effect element (5) is the side opposite from the magnet (3). The magneto-resistance effect element (5) detects the change in the bias magnetic field (6) of the magneto-resistance effect element (5) that occurs when the object to be detected (1), which includes the hard magnetic material (1a), passes through the detection area (2a).
