Abstract:

[Problem] To produce, using a radical polymerization-type UV-curable ink, a three-dimensional model having strong interlayer adhesiveness and little strain. [Solution] This method for producing a three-dimensional model is a method for producing a three-dimensional model by ink jet-type lamination molding, and uses as a modeling agent a radical polymerization-type UV-curable ink having the elongation percentage within 12 hours after curing of 130% or greater but less than 300%. Moreover, in this method for producing a three-dimensional model, when two adjacent layers are formed, after UV-curable ink is printed, the UV-curable ink is semi-cured by exposure to UV rays, further UV-curable ink is printed on top of the semi-cured UV curable ink, and then the semi-cured UV-curable ink is cured by exposure to UV rays.
