Abstract:
A magnetorheological supporting method. The method employs a fork-shaped structure and a soft film (15) wrapping a magnetorheological fluid (18). The magnetorheological fluid (18) is filled while flowing under a certain pressure. The soft film (15), when bulged, can be conformally attached to the surface of blades (3a and 3b) of an impeller (3). The magnetorheological fluid (18) is excited and solidified, thus ensuring the flexible support for a weakly rigid component. By utilizing electropermanent magnets (14) symmetrically arranged at either end of the fork-shaped structure, constructed is a uniform magnetic field implementing global excitation of the magnetorheological fluid (18), thus allowing the magnetorheological fluid (18) to work in a shear mode, and achieving an effect of an additional magnetic field controlling a damping force. The solid-liquid conversion of the magnetorheological fluid is controlled via an electropermanent magnetic field, by means of automated indexing of a computer numerical control turntable (1) and automated conveyance of a magnetorheological soft film (15), implemented is the magnetorheological automated flexible support of all of the blades (3a and 3b) in the processing of the blades (3a and 3b) of the impeller (3). The method provides a great support effect, increases local rigidity, has high processing precision, and implements the automation of magnetorheological support in the processing of the blades of the impeller.
