Abstract:
Disclosed are a main-gate-free solar cell and a main-gate-free solar photovoltaic module in the present application, relating to the technical field of photovoltaics. The main-gate-free solar cell and a copper wire mesh are welded to form a cell plate, and a single plate or a plurality of plates connected in series form(s) a cell layer in order to manufacture the main-gate-free solar photovoltaic module. According to the main-gate-free solar cell, a main gate line is omitted, shielding of the cell is reduced, the power generation efficiency of the cell is improved, and the cost is reduced; the welding position between a thin gate line of the cell and the copper wire mesh is widened by means of a widening structure, such that the welding performance of the cell is improved, and welding between an edge of the cell and the copper wire mesh is avoided by means of a notch part so that the possibility of cell cracking occurring is reduced; and the copper wire mesh is used for connecting cells in the same row in parallel and connecting cells in adjacent rows in series, such that cell strings can be prevented from moving during lamination, the power generation efficiency, sub-fissure resistance and hot spot resistance of the photovoltaic module can be greatly improved, and the service life of the photovoltaic module can be greatly prolonged.
