The present invention relates to a main heat exchanger of a wall-mounted stove, comprising: a heat exchanger core, which comprises at least two plate sheets A, at least two plate sheets B, an end plate arranged at the front end and a bottom plate arranged at the rear end, wherein every two plate sheets A are combined and then combined with every two plate sheets B to be mounted, a first medium channel communicated with the outside is formed between every two adjacent plate sheets A, a second medium channel I is formed between each plate sheet A and the adjacent plate sheet B, the first medium channels and the second medium channels I are arranged at intervals, each plate sheet A, each plate sheet B and the end plate are separately provided with a corresponding second medium inlet and a corresponding second medium outlet, and the second medium channels I are communicated with one another by means of the second medium inlets and the second medium outlets; and a shell assembly, which is mounted outside the heat exchanger core, a lower cavity for mounting the heat exchanger core and an upper cavity allowing a first medium to flow through being formed in the hollow space of the shell assembly. The present invention is resistant to corrosion and deformation.
