Abstract:
[Problem] In cases in which the number of cells in an adjacent cell list does not satisfy a certain specific condition, such as the adjacent cell list containing a high number of cells having a small coverage area or cells having a high load, the handover failure rate of mobile terminals is high. [Solution] This management method comprises: a collecting step for collecting information on cells of a wireless base station from the wireless base station for managing the cells; and a list variation step for varying a list of cells adjacent to the wireless base station so that the number of cells in the list satisfies a specific condition, on the basis of the collected cell information.
