Abstract:

A management system manages a computer system having a plurality of devices to be monitored. A storage device of the management system stores general-purpose rules, general-purpose plan information, unresolved information, and configuration information. A control device of the management system: generates a plurality of deployment rules on the basis of the general-purpose rules and the configuration information; identifies, if an event related to any of the plurality of devices being monitored occurs, a first conclusion event as a candidate for a cause of the event on the basis of the plurality of deployment rules; generates one or more deployment plans, which are recovery measures that can be taken if the first conclusion event is a cause, on the basis of the general-purpose plan information; identifies an unresolved event on the basis of the unresolved information and identifies a risk location on the basis of the identified unresolved event; and displays data indicating the first conclusion event, the deployment plans, and the risk location.
