The present invention relates to a manhole frame assembly which has excellent durability and enables height or inclination correction work for a frame without hindrance due to concrete filling the periphery of the assembly. The manhole frame assembly comprises: a frame on which a manhole cover is placed; a base part comprising a hollow cylindrical base body, a lower flange, which is formed on the lower end of the base body and protrudes outward, and a vertical end, which forms a concentric circle with the base body and is disposed on the outer side of the base body and of which the end part is fixed to the lower flange, and fixed to an outlet of a manhole body; an adjustment part comprising a plurality of fixing tools, which are disposed radially on the frame and fixed thereto, support balls, which are provided inside the respective fixing tools, and an adjustment bolt of which the upper end is fixed to the support ball and the lower end is fixed to the base part by means of a nut; and a cover comprising a plurality of unit covers which are fixed to the frame and are placed in juxtaposition with one another. The unit covers ascend or descend, by means of the rotation of the adjustment bolt, while positioned in an accommodation space between the base body and the vertical end.
