Abstract:
Disclosed are a mantle type sludge smoldering rapid incineration disposal device and method. The device comprises a pit body, an electric heating net (3), a bearing grid (5), a skew bridge support and a cloth curtain (6), wherein a pit wall of the pit body is surrounded and built by refractory bricks (4); ventilation pipelines (7) leading to the outside by passing under the ground are horizontally and evenly distributed at a pit bottom; outlets of the ventilation pipelines (7) at the pit bottom are piled up and blocked by coarse gravel (1); fine grains of sand (2) are paved on the coarse gravel (1) and fill the pit body; the electric heating net (3) is buried in the fine grains of sand (2); the periphery of the electric heating net is fixed on the pit wall; the bearing grid (5) is transversely erected on the pit surface; the skew bridge support stretches across the pit body; the bottom of the skew bridge support is embedded in a pithead; the cloth curtain (6) covers the skew bridge support; the bottom of the cloth curtain is connected to the pithead in a sealed manner; and a flue gas outlet (8) is provided in the upper portion of the cloth curtain (6). According to the device and method, based on the forward smoldering propagation principle, heat generated by the combustion of bottom materials is transmitted to the materials above along the airflow direction to assistant with combustion, and the effective utilization of sludge organic matter combustion heat energy is thus achieved.
