Abstract:
A BLDC-driver integrated motor for a clothes dryer, comprising a stator (5), a rotor (12), a front end cover (4), a rear end cover (6), and a rotating shaft (1). The rotating shaft (1) sequentially penetrates through the front end cover (4), the rotor (12), the rear end cover (6), a bottom plate (7), and a shell (3). The rotor (12) comprises permanent magnets. The stator (5) is mounted on the outer side of the rotor (12). The bottom plate (7) is mounted on the outer side of the rear end cover (6). A driver module (9) is provided on the bottom plate (7), and the shell (3) covers the driver module (9) and is fixed together with the bottom plate (7) and the rear end cover (6) by means of bolts. The BLDC motor adopts a driver and motor integrated machine, the driver module (9) is mounted on the bottom plate (7), and the driver module (9) is covered by the shell (3), so that it is unnecessary to disassemble the rear end cover (6) of the motor during maintenance, only the shell (3) needs to be disassembled, then the driver module (9) is maintained on the bottom plate (7), if the driver module (9) is seriously damaged, the bottom plate (7) can be directly disassembled, and a new bottom plate (7) with a driver module (9) and a shell (3) is mounted, so that the maintenance is convenient and fast.
