Abstract:
This manufacturing condition setting assistance device comprises a processor. The processor acquires manufacturing conditions for manufacturing a product from raw material using manufacturing equipment, raw material shape information indicating the shape of the raw material, and operation history information indicating the operation history of the manufacturing equipment; makes a first prediction that predicts the state of the manufacturing equipment in operation, on the basis of the manufacturing conditions, the raw material shape information, and the operation history information; makes a second prediction that predicts the quality of the product, on the basis of the manufacturing conditions, the raw material shape information, the operation history information, and the prediction result of the state; calculates at least an evaluation value according to the difference between required quality for the product and the prediction result of the quality; and derives suitable conditions, which are manufacturing conditions satisfying the required quality, by solving an optimization problem to minimize the evaluation value.
