This terminal includes a receiving unit for receiving information relating to listen before talk (LBT) from a base station by way of at least one field among system information, radio resource control (RRC) signaling, and downlink control information (DCI), a control unit for determining a channel access procedure on the basis of the information relating to LBT, and a communication unit for executing LBT on the basis of the determined channel access procedure, and executing transmission on the basis of the result of the LBT, wherein, when receiving the information relating to LBT by way of the DCI field, the receiving unit acquires information indicating a type of LBT from the DCI field.
