Abstract:
In the present invention, elastic bodies of an edge surface mask part and a radial direction mask part that form a mask mechanism (30) are brought into contact with an iron core body (11), openings in each direction of a slot (13) are blocked off, and the elastic body of the edge surface mask part and the elastic body of the radial direction mask part are brought into contact with each other, such that no gap that reaches the slot (13) is present between the elastic bodies. The surface of the iron core body (11) facing the slot (13) is partitioned from the outside together with the slot (13), and an electrodeposition coating introduced to the slot (13) is retained in the slot (13) and subjected to electrodeposition coating.
