The present invention relates to an exterior panel for construction, capable of imparting a texture or aesthetic feel to the surface of the exterior panel for finishing the outer wall, ceiling, etc. of a building in new building construction or building remodeling. The exterior panel is manufactured through the steps of: a) forming a base layer by spreading a mixture of first inorganic filler particles and adhesive particles on the floor of a mold at a predetermined thickness; b) forming an image source layer by spreading a mixture of second inorganic filler particles and adhesive particles on the top of the base layer at a predetermined thickness, the second inorganic filler particles having a greater specific gravity than the first inorganic filler particles and the adhesive particles; c) forming a compound which is partially mixed by the collapse of the base layer and the load of the second inorganic filler by supplying differentiated vibrations through at least one oscillation part in contact with the bottom surface of the mold in a previously planned pattern; and d) forming a bare panel by fixing the compound into the mold while adjusting the pressure, temperature and electromagnetism conditions.
