Abstract:
 The present invention provides a manufacturing method for a fibre-reinforced resin substrate or a resin molded article having a high productivity rate and economic efficiency, the manufacturing method enabling a thermoplastic resin to be effectively impregnated into a reinforced fibre material. Also provided is an extruder that is used in the manufacturing method. The manufacturing method according to the present invention is for manufacturing a fibre-reinforced resin substrate or resin molded article that is obtained by impregnating a thermoplastic resin into a reinforced fibre material, wherein the reinforced fibre material is placed on a thermoplastic resin melt and pressurized, the molten resin is impregnated into the reinforced fibre material and then the reinforced fibre material into which the molten resin has been impregnated is cooled and solidified.
