Abstract:
Provided is a multilayer information recording medium manufacturing apparatus
for discharging a hardening resin (111) to a substrate (101) while moving at least
one of the substrate (101) and ink jet heads (105, 106) relative each other. The
manufacturing apparatus is constituted to include the individual ink jet heads
(105, 106) for the different kinds of the hardening resin (111) to the substrate
(101), thereby to apply and laminate the hardening resin on the substrate. According
to this constitution, it is possible to form an intermediate resin layer which
has a homogeneous thickness distribution over 10 μm, for example, and
an excellent surface smoothness.
