Abstract:

Disclosed in the present invention are a manufacturing method for a pallet, and a pallet. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps: providing a first metal plate; machining a plurality of first through holes in the lengthwise direction and the widthwise direction of the first metal plate in a spaced manner; respectively pressing first annular walls along the positions of the plurality of first through holes; providing a second metal plate; machining a plurality of second through holes in the lengthwise direction and the widthwise direction of the second metal plate in a spaced manner; respectively pressing second annular walls along the positions of the plurality of second through holes; placing the first metal plate and the second metal plate in a mirror symmetry manner, and aligning the first annular walls and the second annular walls; engaging the first metal plate and the second metal plate, so as to make the second annular walls sleeved on outer sides of the first annular walls and in tight fit connection with the first annular walls; providing supporting legs; and fixedly connecting the supporting legs to the second metal plate. In the present invention, two metal plates are machined to form a supporting unit for a pallet, such that the pallet has high structural strength and a high bearing capacity.
