Abstract:
The present invention discloses a manufacturing method for a rotating electrical machine-use rotor, the method comprising: a heating step for heating a workpiece, which is a rotating electrical machine-use rotor core provided with a magnetic hole, while an oriented magnetic field imparting device is in a non-set state in which the same is separated from the workpiece; a setting step for, following the heating step, creating a set state in which the oriented magnetic field imparting device is closer to the workpiece than in the non-set state; and an injection molding step in which, in the set state, a bonded-magnet material is filled into the magnetic hole in the workpiece while an oriented magnetic field from the oriented magnetic field imparting device is imparted to the workpiece.
