Abstract:
In the present invention, disclosed is a manufacturing apparatus for cellulose microfibers, comprising: a pressing unit to which cellulose raw material, ultrapure water and a sublimable material are added to pressurize the cellulose raw material to accelerate swelling of cellulose; a crushing unit which includes a stator and a rotor, and pulverizes and disperses the cellulose raw material discharged from the pressing unit to be microfibrillated; and a homogenization unit for pulverizing and dispersing the cellulose raw material fibrillated in the crushing unit by collision force, shear force and cavitation caused by high pressure, wherein the pressing unit includes a vortex forming part for applying shear force to the cellulose raw material, and the vortex forming part forms a vortex in the pressing unit to apply centrifugal force, impact force, and shear force to the swollen cellulose.
