Abstract:
On the basis of measured road vicinity information obtained by a measuring device, a map generation device (10) according to the present invention generates linearized information representing road demarcation lines and/or shoulder edges. For each piece of partial information constituting the linearized information, the map generation device (10) calculates an evaluation value indicating the reliability of the partial information. A map editing device (20) displays the linearized information by displaying the partial information in different display formats according to the evaluation value. The map editing device (20) accepts the input of edited information for the displayed linearized information.
