Title:
MARINE HOSE FLUID LEAKAGE DETECTION SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING SAME
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2023/079819
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The present invention provides a marine hose fluid leakage detection system and a method for manufacturing the same that can improve the durability of the detector while securing the ease of fluid leakage check and the reliability of detection. A pressure sensor 15 and a passive IC tag 12 are accommodated in a pressure retention chamber 18c that is formed with a metal cylindrical base part 18a of a casing 18 provided on the surface of a marine hose 1 and a radio wave transmissible part 18b for sealing the upper end side of the base part 18a in a watertight manner, the pressure retention chamber 18c communicates with a communication tube 10 via a check valve 17 that allows only the flow of a fluid L from the communication tube 10 side to the pressure retention chamber 18c side, the IC tag 12 transmits detected pressure data to a radio wave reception unit 22b by means of a response radio wave W2 according to a transmitted radio wave W1 from a radio wave transmission unit 22a, three or more metal projection parts 19 that are projected upward from the radio wave transmissible part 18b are arranged, in a plan view, on the outer peripheral side of the radio wave transmissible part 18b so as to be spaced apart from each other in the circumferential direction, with the upper ends thereof being separated from each other.
