Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of vacuum insulation boards. Disclosed are a marine vacuum insulation panel and a packaging method therefor. The marine vacuum insulation panel comprises a central glass fiber core material, a plurality of glass fiber layers, and a plurality of air isolation structure bags, wherein the plurality of glass fiber layers are sequentially wrapped around the central glass fiber core material from inside to outside, one air isolation structure bag is arranged between the central glass fiber core material and the glass fiber layer, one air isolation structure bag is wrapped around each glass fiber layer, and each glass fiber layer is connected to the air isolation structure bag located on the inner side of the glass fiber layer; and each air isolation structure bag uses an air isolation film, which comprises at least one air-barrier layer, at least one heat-barrier layer, at least one anti-radiation layer and two heat-sealing layers, and the air isolation structure bag has good air barrier, moisture barrier and heat preservation performances. By means of the marine vacuum insulation panel and the packaging method therefor provided by the present invention, a high degree of vacuum in the panel can be effectively maintained, ensuring the overall thermal insulation performance of the panel, and prolonging the service life.
