Abstract:
A mask plate assembly (10), a method for installing the mask plate assembly (10) and an evaporation device. The mask plate assembly (10) comprises a support frame (300); a mask plate (200) fixed on the support frame (300), the mask plate (200) comprising an active mask region (201) and an inactive mask region (202) surrounding the active mask region (201); a first support strip (301) fixed on the support frame (300), wherein, the first support strip (301) is arranged on one side facing away from the support frame (300), of the mask plate (200), and the projection of the first support strip (301) on the plane where the support frame (300) is located and the projection of the mask plate (200) on the plane where the support frame (300) is located have a first overlapping part, and the first overlapping part is located in the projection area of the inactive mask region (202) on the plane where the support frame (300) is located.
