Abstract:
A mask plate, comprising: a first region (10), said first region (10) being internally provided with a plurality of first openings (11); second regions (20) that are located on two sides of the first region (10) along a predetermined direction, wherein at least one of the second regions (20) is internally provided with a plurality of third openings (21), and the third openings (21) and the first openings (11) are arranged adjacent to each other and have the same structure. In a first state, at least a part of the plurality of first openings (11) are used to form first-type sub-pixels (110), and in a second state, the mask plate is moved a predetermined distance along the predetermined direction, and at least a part of the plurality of third openings (21) are used together with the plurality of first openings (11) to form one type of sub-pixels (110) that are different from the first-type sub-pixels (110). Also disclosed is a vapor deposition device.
