The disclosure relates to the field of illumination, and in particular to a tower drum signal lamp for light marking and a tower. The tower drum signal lamp comprises a right-angle elbow support, a light-emitting element arranged at a first end of the right-angle elbow support, and a lead-in junction device arranged at a second end of the right-angle elbow support, wherein a tower wall of the tower drum is provided with a hole, the right-angle elbow support can be inserted from an inner wall of the tower drum to an outer wall of the tower drum through the hole in the tower wall, and the second end of the right-angle elbow support is fixed inside the hole of the tower wall of the tower drum; and the light-emitting element emits light to the periphery of the tower, with a horizontal light-emitting angle of up to 360° and a vertical light-emitting angle greater than 90°. The signal lamp can be easily installed, that is, it can vertically stand on a horizontal plane without redundant operations, such that the light-emitting element emits light to the periphery of the tower, and the signal lamp has a low cost, saves on labor costs, and has the value of widespread promotion and use.
