Under the control of a data-dependent-acquisition (DDA) execution control unit (28), data obtained from LC/MSn analysis data from a measurement unit (1) is stored in a measurement data storage unit (23). Further, when MSn analysis is carried out automatically, a precursor ion intensity, TIC values, and BPC values are stored in association with the measurement data. During data analysis, a spectrum display condition setting unit (24) displays, on a display unit (4), a setting screen for having an analyst input a precursor ion intensity threshold and a product ion intensity threshold that is a TIC value or BPC value, and the input values are stored in a spectrum display condition storage unit (25) as determination conditions. When an appropriate retention time is specified on a chromatogram displayed on the screen of the display unit (4), if MSn spectrum data has been obtained in the retention time, a spectrum determination unit (26) determines whether the precursor ion intensity, and the like, corresponding to the data satisfy the determination conditions. A reanalysis and display processing unit (27) selectively displays on the screen of the display unit (4) only MSn spectrums meeting the determination conditions. As a result, meaningless MSn spectrums having low ion intensities are not displayed.
