Abstract:
The invention relates to a massage device (1) for massage by means of pressure waves, comprising a housing (2) with a grip section (4) and a massage section (6), at least one chamber (10) comprising an opening (12) in the massage section (6), leading towards the outside. The chamber (10) has a front wall section (14), a first circumferential wall section (16) and a second circumferential wall section (18), the first circumferential wall section (16) being arranged between the front wall section (14) and the second circumferential wall section (18) and the second circumferential wall section (18) defining the opening (12). According to the invention, the front wall section (14) is at least partially mobile, and the massage device (1) comprises a drive device (24) for causing a predetermined vibration (S1, S2, S3) of the front wall section (10), the first circumferential wall section (16) being substantially rigid and the second circumferential wall section (18) being substantially flexible.
