A massager and a massage head floating structure. The massage head floating structure comprises a support member (300), a massage head unit (400); a first hinge (500) provided in the massage head unit (400), a first matching groove (510) being formed in the first hinge (500); a second hinge (600), the top of the second hinge being provided with a matching part (610), a limiting structure (220) being provided between the first matching groove (510) and the matching part (610), and the bottom of the second hinge (600) penetrating through the first hinge (500) and extending into the support member (300); and an elastic member (800) penetrating through the first hinge (500) and the second hinge (600), and two ends of the elastic member respectively abutting against the massage head unit (400) and the support member (300). When the massage head unit is extruded by skin, the limiting structure (220) is separated; the elastic member (800) is compressed to enable the first hinge (500) to drive the massage head unit (400) to rotate by 360 degrees, and when an external force is reduced, the elastic member (800) elastically returns to push the massage head unit (400) to move upwards, so that the massage head unit (400) floats upwards and downwards, and more comfortable use experience is brought to a user.
