Abstract:

A massaging pillow for sleep health management, comprising a pillow body (10) and: a pressure detection device (20) connected to a controller (30) and used for monitoring massage pressure values of a massage device (40) at the user's head and for transmitting said values to said controller (30); the controller (30), used for comparing massage pressure values to preset threshold values and for adjusting massage parameters of the massage device in consequence; a massage device (40) connected to the controller (30) and used for performing massage on the basis of control by the controller (30) and according to preset massage parameters. A massaging pillow control method used for sleep health management. Massage pressure values monitored at the user's head in real time during a massage process are used for adjustment of the massage intensity of the massage device (40). The resultant intelligent detection and adjustment enhance the effectiveness of the massaging pillow and improve user experience.
