Abstract:
Provided is a Matcha flavor imparting agent which is capable of enhancing the flavor of Matcha without increasing the usage of Matcha. Also provided is a Matcha-containing green tea beverage in which the flavor of Matcha is enhanced. According to the present invention, the flavor of Matcha can be enhanced by adding a preset amount of zinc to ground tea leaves such as Matcha.
