Abstract:
The present invention provides a material for hot stamping which comprises: a steel sheet comprising 0.19 to 0.25 wt% of carbon (C), 0.1 to 0.6 wt% of silicon (Si), 0.8 to 1.6 wt% of manganese (Mn), more than 0 wt% and 0.03 wt% or less of phosphorus (P), more than 0 wt% and 0.015 wt% or less of sulfur (S), 0.1 to 0.6 wt% of chromium (Cr), 0.001 to 0.005 wt% of boron (B), more than 0 wt% and 0.1 wt% or less of an additive, and the remainder of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities; and fine precipitates distributed in the steel sheet, wherein the additive includes at least one of titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb) and vanadium (V), the fine precipitates include a nitride or carbide of the at least one of titanium (Ti), niobium (Nb) and vanadium (V), the fine precipitates trap hydrogen, and the coefficient of variation of the average diameter, which is a value obtained by dividing the standard deviation of the average diameter of the fine precipitates by the average diameter of the fine precipitates, is 0.8 or less.
