Abstract:
A material manufacturing key link analysis method and system. The method comprises: controlling material manufacturing monitoring devices to collect material manufacturing monitoring video streams of material manufacturing regions, and acquiring the material manufacturing monitoring video streams sent by the material manufacturing monitoring devices (S110); carrying out random repackaging of the material manufacturing monitoring video streams sent by the material manufacturing monitoring devices, carrying out encryption setting on same, and then sending same to a data analysis server for key link analysis (S120); receiving previous frequent links and link duration information of the material manufacturing regions that are extracted by the data analysis server after data decryption is carried out, and compiling statistics on concentrated frequent links and frequent link labels of the material manufacturing regions according to the extracted previous frequent links and link duration information of the material manufacturing regions (S130); and generating, according to the concentrated frequent links and the frequent link labels of the material manufacturing regions that are obtained by means of statistics, an analysis result reflecting material manufacturing key links of the material manufacturing regions, and sending the analysis result to a user terminal for display (S140). A key link of each material manufacturing region can be accurately determined, and a scientific decision is made for subsequent material manufacturing.
