Abstract:

A material for organic light-emitting devices and a fluorescent compound used in such a material are disclosed. The material for organic light-emitting devices contains at least one fluorescent compound at least a part of whose fluorescence spectrum is within a wavelength range of 600-700 nm. The fluorescent compound is a p-phenylenediamine derivative represented by a specific formula or a quinacridone derivative represented by a specific formula. The fluorescent compound is preferably used in a full color display or an area color display.
