Abstract:
A material plasticizing production system (100), wherein the system is used for extruding and molding plastic particles to form a plastic finished product (60), and comprises an extrusion molding machine (1), a cooling mechanism (2), a discharged material drawing mechanism (3), a cutting mechanism (4), a detecting module and a controller (6). The extrusion molding machine (1) comprises a motor (12), a charging barrel (14), a die head (15) and a heating part (20), and is used for melting the plastic particles and then forming the plastic finished product (60). The cooling mechanism (2) is provided with a plurality of spray heads (41) so as to cool the plastic finished product (60). The discharged material drawing mechanism (3) conveys the cooled plastic finished product (60) to be cut in the cutting mechanism (4). The detecting module comprises a temperature sensor (61) for use in detecting the temperature of the charging barrel (14), and a first speed sensor (63) for use in detecting the moving speed of the plastic finished product (60). The controller (6) adjusts the rotating speed of the motor (12) according to the temperature of the charging barrel (14), and adjusts the transmission speed of the discharged material drawing mechanism (3) on the basis of the moving speed of the plastic finished product (60). The system (100) can, on the basis of the heating temperature of the charging barrel (14), adjust the forming speed of the plastic finished product (60), coordinate and control the speed of the entire production line, so as to achieve high efficiency in production and good product quality.
