Abstract:
The present invention relates to a material processing apparatus and method which can process a material such as a ring-shaped brazing filler material. The material processing apparatus may comprise: one or more first at least partially ring-shaped dies which press a first surface of a material so as to forge the material into a ring shape; one or more second at least partially ring-shaped dies which press a second surface of the material; and a die attachment/detachment device to which the first dies and the second dies are detachably mounted so that any one selected from the plurality of first dies and any one selected from the plurality of second dies can be mounted so as to enable multistage forging of the material.
