Abstract:

The present application relates to a material processing device, a material processing device group, a material processing system and a method for use in processing organic materials. The material processing device comprises: a main body, a processing chamber, at least two feed hoppers, a dial discharge valve, an electric heater group, an exhaust pipe, a storage cylinder, a sealed gate valve and a material level meter; a gas inlet of the exhaust pipe is disposed on two sides of the electric heater group so as to effectively guide gas which is generated in the processing chamber to the outside, and the sealed gate valve is opened or closed according to material level information provided by the material level meter which is disposed on a wall of the storage cylinder. The device and system to which the present application relates are mainly used for processing organic materials (comprising household waste, organic solid waste discharged during industrial and agricultural production, medical waste, and so on), thereby extracting tar and combustible gas and producing smokeless fuel (containing fixed carbon, ash, small amounts of volatile components and moisture) and other reusable or harmless solids.
