Abstract:
Provided is a material roller press for making cement. The material roller press comprises a trough, wherein a press roller is arranged above the trough, and a lifting cylinder is arranged above the press roller; connecting arms are arranged at two ends of the press roller, and the press roller is connected to the lifting cylinder by means of the connecting arms; material rearrangement plates are arranged on two sides of the trough, material rearrangement cylinders are arranged at the rear of the material rearrangement plates, and the material rearrangement plates are pushed by the material rearrangement cylinders to push dispersed materials directly under the press roller; and a reciprocating electric motor is arranged on the lifting cylinder, and the lifting cylinder is driven by the reciprocating electric motor to move back and forth. The press roller is driven by the lifting cylinder to press and crush the materials, and materials moving laterally are pushed back under the press roller by means of the material rearrangement plates, thereby improving the precision of pressing; the press roller is driven by the reciprocating electric motor to move back and forth, thereby increasing the pressing range of the press roller and improving the efficiency of pressing; and a cleaning disc is provided to clean the press roller, thereby preventing materials from attaching to the press roller, resulting in the mixing of the materials in previous and subsequent operations, which affects the quality of the materials.
